Business Analysis & Action Plan Strategi initially meets with company executives to determine their short and long term goals. We then perform an assessment of the current situation and create a GAP Analysis between the current and desired situations. Issues are then prioritized and an Action Plan is created to resolve the issues and achieve the goals. Once the strategy is created, Strategi assists our clients in identifying and filling the executive team gaps to make sure the team necessary to achieve the goals is in place.
