We first had Grace Roofing to come and check a leak we had after a bad storm. We contacted Grace Roofing, and spoke with the owner Richard that afternoon and scheduled for him to come by the following morning. He was prompt, and showed up on time, he assessed the leak and made repairs on the spot that was leaking for what I thought was a very reasonable price. It actually stormed again that same night and the leak was gone. While he was there to do the repair we asked for him to get us an estimate together to replace the roof, as we knew it was well past its lifespan. Long story short a few months later we choose Grace Roofing to do the roofing work and install our new roof. Richard and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. Our new roof looks great and when the job was finished they cleaned up so good you couldn't even tell they had been here. I was worried about nails in our yard as we have 2 dogs, but I haven't found one yet. They made sure they cleaned up every afternoon, and used a magnetic roller to get up any nails in our yard. I would honestly recommend them to anyone confidently, and have referred my neighbor to them. Richard was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, you could tell that he took his time to make sure things were done right. If we need anything in the future we know who to call.
