I purchased a new home 05/01/2023. The home was brand new. I have a warranty however Joe will only repair issues he deems faulty. He sends an inexperienced Craigslist handy man to argue with me the reason he will not fix some things. The biggest issue so far our septic drain field failed on 11/20/2023. Sewage backing into house. I called builder he refused to cover tank clean out for the company to diagnose issue. It was determined Joe had his sub company owner Lester Hilt to use his own sand for the drain field. That sand was full of clay which caused this failure. It has taken 4 months, call to VA, and BBB to get builder to fix the problem. In the process builder sent his handyman to remove a section of my new privacy fence. Handy man damaged sections of my fence because he did not use correct removal tool. To date my fence is still down, no sod installed. The top layer will erode soon if no not is applied
