I have not been able to get ML Mechanical to fix the malfunctioning furnace they installed for over a year. ML came to my home and diagnosed the problem and said they would order the part and return to install it. I first had to install the correct duct work necessary to make the furnace they installed work without continually breaking the part that malfunctioned the first time. ML Mechanical, gave me scraps of leftover duct work to complete some of the repairs necessary. I made the repairs to the duct work and informed ML Mechanical that they could come and install the part at their earliest convenience. That was February 12th, 2019. Since informing ML Mechanical that the repairs were done I have twice asked if they were going to come and repair the furnace. Both times I received an affirmative response that the repairs were going to be made. The last time I contacted ML Mechanical was September 26th, 2019. At that time the response was rude and belligerent. ML Mechanical informed me that because I bought the home a few weeks after the furnace was installed the warranty would not transfer to me and ML Mechanical would be donating their time to make the repairs and the repairs would be done at their convenience. ML Mechanical made the mistake of installing a furnace that would never have worked in my home do to the lack of adequate ducting to move enough air to satisfy the needs of the furnace. ML Mechanical won't stand behind their work.
