On 5/10/21 Riverside Towing in Waldorf, MD customer service was horrible. The driver was unexperienced did not know how to drive and did not secure the vehicle. The driver drop the vehicle in the middle of the street leaving a senior customer to try to move the vehicle out of the street by himself was unacceptable. The man pleaded for help the tow truck drive could have list put the vehicle by the curb, when I mentioned to the driver about parking the vehicle by the curb he ignored me and said I need my money now and express how his boss is mad.
