I would not hire A.W. Roberts Construction, LLC again. I hired them to complete repairs after a homeowners insurance claim, but the project was not completed. I paid thousands of dollars throughout the project, yet experienced repeated delays, poor communication, missed deadlines, and ongoing requests for additional payments before the contracted work was finished. The prolonged delays extended my displacement from my home and resulted in additional expenses and significant stress. I also had concerns about the quality of the work that was performed and had to closely monitor the project because promised completion dates repeatedly came and went. Despite numerous opportunities to finish the job, the project remained incomplete. I have retained photos, invoices, payment records, text messages, and other documentation supporting my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor.
