More than happy to be the first to review this company. Terrible customer service, horrible company. Ordered lawnmower, delivered with no screws or bolts to assemble the handle, blade was dull and battery would not charge. Not to mention, the mower was refurbished and you can purchase a new one for the same amount! Ripoffs! After 6 weeks of trying to get the screws/bolts, several calls, too many emails to count, I requested that they send someone to pickup the mower and apply a full refund. They received the mower back, after a week of no refund, I emailed them again. No response. You have to have a record of everything with this company, email is best. I then see the refund less $20.00. I would understand deducting the shipping costs if I just wanted to send back the mower but the mower never ran! I never received the screws/bolts either! I sent them another email to refund all the costs and it came back to me. They have blocked me now. What kind of company blocks emails? I encourage everyone to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau on this company. Should they really be in business? Be fore warned, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
