Erica did my sons newborn photos, and they look good. The problem is she is not professional and lacks in communication. It's been over two months and I have sent multiple emails and text messages trying to get help. I received my pictures in social media quality, which means you can't print them. My iPhone has better quality than the pictures she sent me. So the most important photos I was supposed to have, I can't even print. I've exhausted all my options except to file a civil suit to get my money back because she refuses to provide me the services I paid for and communicate with me. Very disappointing
