Chad Larsen appraised our home. He was on time, used the accepted guidelines of his profession as they pertained to my home and conducted himself in a professional manner. Upon completion of the inspection he sat down with me and asked various questions about my home regarding his inspection. He then explained the process he used to value my home and why he used said process. He then asked if I had any questions, which I did, and answered all of them to my complete satisfaction.
