I know the owners and most of the guys on the crews. Overall they are great. The guys work hard and the owners are hands on. The ownership is firm on their expectations but have a vested interest in the success and quality of life for their employees. Turn over can be high but a lot of that is due to finding the right candidates with the work ethic and that can remain drug free. They are a high integrity company who take pride in the service they provide their clients.

This company is great to work for. The owners genuinely care for their employees. I have worked for several other tower companies. This is the best by far. They stand up to their word and are honest

They treat their employees like dogs. Work them 100+ hours without days off. Expect them to stay out of state for 3+ weeks at a time, then when they're back expect them to work immediately the next day after hours of travel, as well. The CFO likes to take away per diam if it isn't used immediately, all the employees have had this happen. She's also overly emotional. She's not professional with her company wide emails and the way she runs things makes the crews' miserable. They have a problem keeping anyone good because of her alone. She screams at adults like they're children. Generally not a good workplace.
