Please beware of the scam. He is not trained or skilled in landscaping or hardscaping. I hired him to fix my driveway retaining wall and the quote clearly states 'fix drainage'. When he 'finished' the job, not only did he do extensive permanent damage to my zoysia grass by letting the soil sit on it for a week when there was concrete available, he killed my plants (then tried to rebury them dead), did not put gravel on over the clay he replaced (instead he mixed it in and it looked like mud instead of what it previously looked like nice and white with stone rocks) and then, on top of that, he worsened the drainage. Now my garage wall is falling down and this is less than 18 months since he completed it. I asked him about these issues, including the white mineral build up outside the brick that clearly states water is building up, and he said he could charge me $800 to clean it - not fix it and be accountable for the mistake. I had a structural engineer come by and explain the structural problems this man has left me with! Lazaro now avoids my calls (hangs up on me), dismissed my texts and emails when I am trying to fix this before getting the BBB and attorneys involved. $8000 and this is what I get? I am trying to be nice, not yelling or angry, even offering to put money towards it but nope. Not a professional.
