Javelin is a young and growing company where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I love working here and watching it expand. I have been working here for almost 2 years and feel lucky to be a part of the team.

This company is the worst to work for. They Portland office had Chris Antle managing it. He was illegally taking lunch breaks out of the employees checks when they were never given lunches. He was illegally billing texstar enterprises for hours and equipment that were never used or performed. He on numerous occasions lied to the staff, which resulted in the entire traffic control team leaving at the same time. Myself and my team have filed a class act lawsuit as a team again javelin utility services today for violation of meal and breaks. As Chris continually lied to Joe Pedersen and now because of Chris we the entire staff of the Portland Oregon have filed suit and noticed OSHA and Oregon labor law violations.
