This company promises a great vacation at a fantastic price. It is a LIE to all unsuspecting individuals plus they state that if you decide you no longer want to a part you don't have to do a thing. I did call them to figure out how to work RCI's website to no avail and was treated like I was incompetent by one new staff person. The office manager is very sweet but this is a rip off. You can find better deals on your own. After all this I was called and texted after hours by JoAnne who told me I was going to be turned to collections for not paying the annual fee. She called me names in the text and was very unprofessional. ALL after 9:00 PM MST. I view this as complete harassment and unacceptable.
