Renters- from personal experience, this company does not care and does not respond in any proper, or timely manner in regards to serious repairs that are a detriment to health and safety! Property owners- this company DOES NOT CARE if your property is falling down around itself. BEWARE at ALL costs of this person and company as a whole!
