Bradley VanCleef
This company damaged our new water heater on install 1 year ago. We notified them several months ago because the circulation pump is rattling from too much solider in the line and they cracked the liner over tightening the nipples which are now almost rusted through. We have told their office we are trying to sell the house and need this done but they refuse to replace the unit even after their guy called it in to the company telling them that it was their mistake.
