Last year, we had a plumbing problem and scheduled Mr. Cornett to come down and take a look. Actually, his assistants came instead. While they were nice, they were kind of inexperienced, and didn't do the greatest job. Later on, we realized that we probably should have micromanaged them. More recently, we had another plumbing problem and called Mr. Cornett about it. He said he was busy for a few days at another location, and asked me to text him a couple of days later to set up an appointment. Well, I did so, and then he never responded. How extremely rude to lead customers on like that! Because it's so hard to find a decent plumber, I naively contacted him again a few months later (big mistake) about another problem. And the exact same thing happened! He called me back and acted real friendly, said he didn't quite know his schedule for the next week, and then we agreed that I would call him back in a couple of days to set up an appointment. So, I did just that, leaving him a message, and then never heard from him again. How bizarre. This time, though, I kind of saw it coming. Does Mr. Cornett have mental problems or something?? I don't know, but there's something seriously off with him and his "fire and ice" behavior. Whatever his issues are, please stay away from this rude so-called professional.
