This was truly the worst experience I have ever had being an agent. The lack of organization and professionalism was mind blowing. The horrible workmanship that never got fixed has ruined the home buying process for my first time buyers. 3 month delay, broken promise, excuses, incompetent work, the list goes on. The builders agent was completely unprofessional and rude throughout, to the point of ghosting my client and I when we asked if the repairs had been made. The day of closing, the repair request still had not been fulfilled and I doubt it ever will. Save yourself the headache. You get what you pay for, which in this case is not quality.
