What is Direct to Garment printing? DTG printing is comparable to your inkjet printer you have hooked up to your computer. Your inkjet printer is designed to print on paper, and ours is designed to print on garments, T shirts, sweatshirts etc.. This new technology allows our DTG printers to print exceptionally high quality designs, and vibrant colors that come from a digital binary code. These codes are then transformed back to images at the print heads and are then printed on the T shirt. With this new technology we are able to accept an order for a single T shirt. There is no more need for set up fees, we don't need to charge for shirts that are multi colored. All light colored shirts are completed with one pass through the printer. Once the shirt is printed it goes to the Heat Press where the ink is cured into the fabric of the garment till it is completely dry. With Direct-to-Garment Printing technology we have been able to lower the cost to the consumer and raise the quality of the product.
