Very unprofessional. Comes on with a good story but took over two years to complete a job that should have been done in a few weeks. He took other jobs while mine was underway and put them first. I paid for materials for my job only to have them removed by Ted himself, admittedly, and when I went to his home I found he had built onto his shop with the exact same materials I was using on my job, and my material was laying there. He goes through alot of employees and cannot be depended on. The quality of his metal work is poor at best. I have plenty of pictures to back that statement up.
