Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am a tenant and the property manager hired them. They leave a terrible mess every single time but the mess they left after "cleaning up" the flower beds was horrible. A layer of dirt on the concrete sills and dirt thrown into the screens and layered in the tracks of my windows. They always leave the porch a mess with dirt and grass. They also removed all of the downspout tubing and left them scattered nearby. These drain tubes keep my basement dry and this company completely disregarded my interests. I called multiple times over the last few weeks with no acknowledgment. Finally the owner called, but the experience left me feeling unheard, angry, and upset that people like this have successful businesses. He completely disregarded my complaint telling me it wasn't even possible! Guess he has never used a weed eater himself because those things totally throw debris, especially when you use them to remove weeds from dirt flower beds. He said they do what they are required to do and anything else would need to be billed and paid for. Are you kidding me!!! Isn't cleaning up after yourselves part of the job? There was no acknowledgment of the displaced drain tubes but I was in shock from his comments about the dirt mess that I forgot about them. I have pictures and will see if I can figure out how to share them with this review.
