I will start by saying make sure that you do your homework to investigate Kevin's business before you spend any money on him. To call it a pattern is an understatement of how he has continued to rip off customers by saying he will come back to do the work that he was already paid to do. I spent $425 for him to tune up a snowblower and rider mower And he was supposed to fix a gas blower for the same amount of money. He then told me that he needed $60 for the part which I sent to him. Then, weeks and weeks later I continued to text him to see when he was coming, and I heard excuse after excuse. Finally, it was clear to me that he was just taking the money and had no interest in coming back as he was already paid. Do your homework, and make sure that you don't use him for his services as he has a long reputation, which I wish I knew before I hired him. I have also reported him to the Better Business Bureau, but others have even called the police on him.
