My driveway cracked within months after it was poured. BBB says this business is not accredited by them, but A1 certainly has a BBB logo on my contract. Beto - the owner, did not attempt to resolve my BBB complaint, nor did he respond to direct contact. If you think it is acceptable or normal for your brand new driveway to crack on the day it is poured, then by all means, hire A1. I did take Beto to court, and I won a small settlement. He told the judge that he compacted the soil, but he DID NOT. He told the judge that it is normal for concrete to crack on the day it is poured. In fact, it is not normal for quality concrete to crack on the day it is poured. He says he gives a 1 year warranty, but there is no mention of a warranty on his contract, and even if this were true, it is likely that he wouldn't uphold it.
