We recently moved into a new home and selected Kitchen Aid appliances. We were experiencing some problems with our ice maker.on our french door refrigerator/freezer. Since the unit was under warranty we contacted the company we purchased it from. They issued a work order to Platinum Appliance Service. Matthew, the service agent arrived on time, was extremely efficient and courteous. He was careful to keep all parts and tools on a drop cloth so he would not damage our hardwood flooring. He had the unit repaired and working properly in approximately 30 - 45 minutes. We would highly recommend Platinum Appliance Service..
