Horrible, horrible install, had to have completely redone within 15 months of his work. Sure he's pleasant to work with, but doesn't know what the hell he's doing. Maybe by now, but there's no way on God's green earth I'd recommend his work. Tried to get his back out here to fix several times, excuses, then Christmas Eve day he said he'd be up from northern Indiana.. can he come out to look. Well we said no. He tried to blame it on coretec, said defective product.. so the coretec rep came out to do an inspection, was definitely the installer they said. 2,500.00 worth of flooring and 750 for his shoddy work. Find a new profession Nate.
