Not sure about this company's ability to properly tow your vehicle but I have experienced first hand an employees extreme road rage against me for him wanting to be in a hurry and me cruising along on cruise control 8 mph over the posted limit in the center of three lanes while passing a semi and being passed by a pickup and in no way intentionally holding him back yet he felt he had to nearly clip the front of my car as he cut me off. I let it go as I do not get involved in violence on the roadway, but the truck that passed me was so offended by the tow truck drivers actions against me he sped up and aggressively held up his progress down the highway.
