I would like to highly recommend Virtuous Management Group, especially our CAM Melissa Avery and Area Manager Carol Scicchitano here at Polynesian Village Condominium. They are very professional, with much attention to detail, and do an excellent job keeping this property running smoothly.

Where to begin. This management group is a complete circus full of monkeys. They send out emails for potential violations that are not included in the covenants and then claim they don't have the ability to interpret.
According to our attorney, they are clowns. This is only one issue of several that they are unable to "interpret". What a management group.
Michelle Erickson is one sided, rude, interruptive and very unprofessional. We will also be filing a complaint with The Office of the Condominium Ombudsman in Florida.
Secondly, they leave all of the gates open all day. Some gated community. Michelle Erickson is a complete joke.

If there are negative stars available for rating, I would give this company many negative stars for their horrible service. They do not perform their job and their duty to their standards as claimed in their company's mission and values. Each and every single employee, from the highest rank officers such as the company owner and the COO, to the lowest admin personnel hold no responsibility, ownership and accountability. They ignore and run away the issue when a homeowner brings it up instead of facing it, admitting their fault, take responsibility to investigate and correct it. Not only that, their leaders even blames the issue upon someone else. How ethical and professional is that??? It is absolutely unacceptable with that type of behavior and treatment. They are all highly educated professionals, but do not how to handle the situation very well. They all lack integrity, professionalism, moral values, core values, responsibility, accountability, ownership. Most importantly, they lack customer service skills. They claim to be an elite and world-class business, yet they do not stand behind their company mission and values. They absolutely do not deserve to call themselves as elite and world-class. It is so shameful for them to proclaim themselves as elite publicly, but they do not truly and gracefully deliver their elite and world-class service to others. They do not deserve the respects from their customers and their partners. What a disappointment and ashamed of this horrible company.
The problem I am facing now as a new owner of a property is the problem that the previous owner should have taken care of before selling the house, had this company, Virtuous Management Group, done their job right from the beginning. The problem existed for many many months, way before the house was sold. It did not make sense to me that they did not catch the problem then with weekly or every other week inspections, multiple times, but yet missed it and caught it now then came after me to fix it. Really??? This is a joke. Had they done their job right as they had claimed, they would have caught the problem when it first existed and asked the previous owner to fix the problem, and not waited until now to pass it on or come after me as the new owner to correct the problem. Now it costed me money to fix the problem created and caused by the previous owner when I should not have to. Furthermore, it is so unbelievable that not only their leadership and management personnel does not take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for their employee's mistake, incompetence and negligence, and the company's failure, but instead they blame the issue upon someone else. Seriously??? How could they do that? What happens with your company standards? What happens to your mission, visions and values? Where is your integrity? This company is so horrible. This is absolutely insane, unacceptable, unjust, unethical and unfair to the new owners. I am very frustrated with dealing with this company.
