Wein Agency and the brokers in Teaneck are dishonest. They do not follow through. Do not believe what they say from the beginning! We were first approached by the agent Eydie Rosenfeld of Wein Agency owned by Eric Wein and we moved in after their information about the house, a week later she received her commission and she immediately stopped responding to our contacts. She deceitfully misinformed us for her own benefit. We moved out of the house within 4 and a half months due to flooding, leaking ceiling and damaged our daughter’s whole closets and her belongings. There is no parking in the front of the house and near streets; the house structure is being quickly corroded, bad old oil heating system which did not work until the Jan 5th, 2020, heavy asbestos thinly covered in the basement, false advertisement about the full bath in the basement. The house was not registered to rental legally with the Department of Health in Teaneck due to Safety and Hazards. We were miserable and lost lots of money because of their untruthful words from the beginning. Eric Wein is dismissing us now and we are frustrated and it is the reason I am venting on this page and other social multimedia.
