Getting the Right Package at the Right Price. At first we are hesitant to get a Vivint home security because of the price. Since we cannot afford the complete home automation so we tried to check on the other packages. We choose the Vivint smart home package. The first thing we asked the dealer is if we need to pay an upfront and pay for the equipment. We were surprised that they only require a little amount to install the equipment. We transferred on the 14th last month, and we have the Vivint Smart Home Package fully operational by the 16th. The package includes the installation of the cameras and other tools need to install. The additional equipment provided to us are for free. The one who fit the system was professional, polite, and respectful. Also given are some incentives, we didn't expect to receive. We might upgrade our security soon. It is a security system that is worth your money.

Professional and Friendly Staff A Vivint staff called up and informed us the installation of our home security system would be done tomorrow morning. I was so excited and very eager to test it, but I remembered something, we will be having an event at home, and it will be hectic. Thus we will not have time for the installation. So I decided to call up the Vivint phone number and were glad someone answered right away. I callVivint customer service to reschedule the installation, and they were very flexible. They have it scheduled at our most preferred time. I am glad I choose them to keep my family protected from the bad elements. Two thumbs up for your professional and friendly staff. Thanks!
