first brought my car to MasterShield based on its good reviews and local recommendations - Big Mistake! My appointment was set for October 18 at 8:00 to have a clear bra installed. I arrived early and left my 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport Platinum in their parking lot with keys locked inside. Upon talking to receptionist at opening time, I let her know that I would be unlocking my vehicle remotely and whenever they were ready to pull it into their shop. Mind you; I waited 1 full year for my vehicles arrival after purchasing it from an out of state dealership for 132k after fees. The receptionist asked I unlock it remotely so they can begin to work on it. Approximately an hour or so later, I received a call from her stating; "I'm sorry to tell you sir, my technician misjudged the size of your vehicle and he damaged your car." Deep inside I was absolutely livid! I waited for the arrival of my vehicle an entire year, and in one moment of carelessness, they damaged it to the tune of 3500.00 plus dollars!! Of course, MasterShield paid for the damage and rental car, but anyone who has ever owned a black colored SUV, should know, that no matter how good the body shop and reputation it may have, your vehicle will NEVER be the same. Today, November 8th, I picked up my SUV after 3 weeks. After inspection, I informed them that I was not happy with the workmanship. His reply; "We did our best. The panel is aluminum, and we'd have to replace the entire panel to get it right." I strongly suggest you do your research and consider other options - even if it means a short travel to another city out of the valley.
