If I could give zero stars I would. We were supposed to be picked up at 845 from Clarkson Inn. First call I made at 9am, was told they were running 'a little behind'. Second phone call at 910, 'driver is almost there'. 9:25 phone call, driver in the village and will be there in less than 10 minutes. Long story short, we managed to get a ride with someone from the Inn and did not make it in time. We have now paid over $500 in additional fees to reschedule flights and get a hotel for the night in Boston. Do not use them. I'll be reaching out to the admissions office at SUNY Potsdam too so they will stop recommending them.
