Tiger Schulmann's is a mixed martial art that blends techniques from several styles to give you a complete and total self defense system. We incorporate traditional style boxing for all of our hand work. It is the sharpest most effective way to throw punches. We get our kicks from Muay Thai Kickboxing. This is the most powerful way to utilize our legs. We also include submission grappling which is a blend of wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
