Worst experience ever!! I shipped my car and the car came filthy with black grease all over the seats and doors. I contacted Jonathan Lord and he agreed to pay for the detailing of my car. I tried to take it out myself with a few things found online then since it didn't come out I called a professional company to detail it. My seats and doors never really came back to the original color, it had a dingy gross dirty look to them. I then contacted Jonathan for the reimbursement and it took six months to get the money and he rudely texted me saying it wasn't his responsibility to pay for it (even though he agreed to it) and was such an ass. Worst service, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. He should reconsider being in the industry and position where he has to deal with people if he can't be nice and professional.
