Sunday, March 10th, someone from the company came to my house to evaluate my job. He explained it needed to be complete before rainy season and emphasized that once he sent the estimate I would need to make a timely decision. I assured him my decision would be immediate. Wednesday, March 13th, I had not received an estimate so I reached out to him. Within hours I had an estimate from the company and approved it. Friday, March 15th, I received a call telling me he wanted to start the job on Monday, which I assumed meant March 18th. Monday came and no show. I reached out to the company on Monday night and I've never heard back from them. Friday, April 5th, I reached out to the company using the email address I received the estimate from. No response. How can I recommend a company that neither shows up or communicates. I'm very disappointed because I was looking forward to having my pool refinished. I placed this same review on Home Advisor. Kristal Pools, LLC. responded with this: Quote- I'm sorry, but we do not refinish fiber glass or any other pools in that sort. If that's true, then why wasn't I told that from the start.
