If you want a kitchen remodel to take over 9 months, (14 to complete fully) have a bunch of non-professional DIY amateurs work on it (very nice guys though), continually have to manage the process, pester the owner for action, have to rework various items, receive a lack of communication, hear regular excuses and the last straw being held to ransom, then go with Europa Remodeling for your dream kitchen. Do not be fooled by the sweet talk of the owner, the owner, who promises everything but delivers little. A very forgetful mind! Ensure every item you agree during the design process is clearly noted in the contract scope of work, everything or verbally agreed items are conveniently forgotten. Make sure the computer generated itemized cabinet and accessories order is translated into English as everything is in German. We had items delivered that were not as agreed during the design discussion. We were denied replacement. The whole process did not start well with the first sheet rock crew. After an initial mess they sent another, re-did the work then immediately put the cabinets in without any finishing to the sheet rock. The excuse “you do not see it”! This statement became a common theme. If you do not see it, it does not matter. On one occasion, about 70% the way through the remodel and after having already paid a substantial amount the owner told his workman not to turn up until I paid a $230 bill for additional plumbing…that is being held to ransom!
