I don't ever write bad reviews but this time I'm furious. As a first customer with this agency . I had a bad experience with this company my appointment was canceled 5 times. Just a side note I had to Venmo $100 so they could start working on my taxes. We finally had an appointment so we drove a 40 minute drive. As I was speaking to them they said I would owe more than $4,500 but if I paid them $900 plus the taxes another $350 I would get a refund of $8000 . Something didn't sound right so we decided to leave . Very shady I asked for my $100 back and they said no "for time they lost". This place is not professional or business handled professionally. They are just scammers .
