With our taco bar options, you can choose up to three types of meat: Carne Asada, Grilled Chicken, Al Pastor or Carnitas. Our quality meats are seasoned to perfection. Looking for a vegetarian option? You can also add grilled veggies as an alternative. How It Works No need to overthink it! We’ll make the tough decisions for you. All you have to do is pick your date & time you would like to start eating. Choose your meats, bean style & package size. RELAX - Have fun and leave the work to us! We arrive one hour before the time you have requested food service to begin to set up the taco cart and begin cooking. All Orders Include: 3 Meat Choices (carne asada, chicken, al pastor or carnitas) Spanish Rice Refried or Charro Beans Limes, Onions, Cilantro, Grilled Onions & Grilled Jalapeños Tomatillo Salsas (Hot & Mild) Soft Corn Tortillas Plates, Napkins & Forks What Happens Next? We will provide three hours of service to you and your guests on all parties 50 people and up and 2 hours of service for all parties below 50 people (the first hour of service is set up and cook time). Complete clean up of taco cart station by Valley Tacos. All food not consumed will be arranged for you and your guests to continue enjoying for the remainder of your gathering (Valley Tacos does not provide containers for leftovers).
