Geoff accepts money from Costco to handle third-party installations and then doesn't show up to the installations. He also lies about it - to the home owner AND Costco. Do not trust this person - call a local reputable company instead.

I guess you can onlyv leave 4 stars or 5, l have tried 4 times at 1 star, wont go through. Geoff came to give bid to finish a project, City had already inspected and was approved. He wanted to rip apart almost everything, says the inspector was a idiot. Showed my permit and David from city of Springfield signed off on it. When l told him again l was only needing some finishing touches, his guys weren't working & had plenty of time to do what l wanted done. I'd already sent photos & talked on phone. l got injured & we wanted to finish up before summer. I couldnt finish as l was victim of car crash on Kansas Expressway early summer. Geoff started waving his arms around & raising his voice, he can't be bothered with a small job, he's too busy & an important man. He's raising his voice louder, wife comes out, he tells her to go back it "dosnt concern her". I thought he was going to punch me or something. Wife told him to leave, l'm on crutches, lm in no shape to be hand to hand combating...he said l owed him $100 for HIS OPINION. I refused , l had already given him details of job on phone ...he was all "Oh yes a couple of my guys can get that done in a day." So when he found out l wasn't going to redo a bunch and give him the work he just went crazy. I wish l had never called him. He was only one out of 6 companies l talked to that could do it right away. I get that, he's such a pyshco he can't get work. I didn't give him the $100, wife called police, they were on the way , l just stood there shocked. He took off in his white pickup. Flipping me off. Thank you, l didn't hire him!
