It took less than a week to have the unit manufactured and delivered and 1 day to install and the job was done perfectly. However 3 weeks later the unit had a major problem. Ron troubleshot the problem and worked with WaterFurnace’s technical support to determine that it was a faulty coil from the factory. He insisted that we get a new unit and not just a new coil. Within a few weeks the new unit arrived and was installed and has been running well ever since. He promised the unit would be quieter and it has. He said it would save us on electricity and it has. I have recommended that other neighbors buy from Ron because of his integrity, knowledge and workmanship.
