Customer Service is Horrible! So is the Service! And Their Robbing the community of Money for services Not Received! I was just told that I could not speak to a supervisor by Brittney and She actually told me to Shut Up! while my phone was on on speaker phone in front of Others. Very disrespectful I will never refer your company I will never use your company and I will definitely spread the word about your company this was totally unprofessional inappropriate and uncalled for I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life especially when I'm giving my money away to that company so now you definitely have someone who will be definitely protesting against your company Britney y you should be ashamed of yourself and then wanting me to pay for an extra month that I never receive services for but if this is how you run your company and take peoples money rob them of their money I will never use your company like I said and I will never recommend you to anyone and I will never have anything nice to say about your company PERIOD! And the only reason why they're getting one star is because it's making me do it to write a review otherwise they wouldn't be getting zero

I have had great service from the guys at crush. I have never had to deal with their office. I contacted them today to see if they'd price match. And if not, I'd like to cancel. Since there is no listed cancelation policy on the invoice or website, I assumed they would do likemy last company did and refund for service not provided. She replied they had a no refund policy. But she couldn't tell me where it was listed. Then she admitted that she was only doing it because I was trying to leave for a cheaper company. I'm on a fixed income. $30 less a quarter Isa LOT for me. She didn't care.

Please Read!!! This might just be the best Trash Service in all of Colorado. I switched to them after having horrible service from Republic and these guys go above and beyond to get the job done. After they are done emptying our trash they have taken them back up to where i store my cans every time, they don't need to do that and the fact that they do is incredible to me. Also, one day the kids (and me too ;-p) forgot to take our trash to the curb, and they came all the way up our driveway, and then took they trash back down, emptied it and took the cans back. Seriously, what other company would do that? These people deserve everyone's business. Thank you very much for going the extra mile Crush Disposal, you have a customer for life!
