Reading and Spelling Pure & Simple provides all of the tools necessary to coach students into becoming successful, lifelong readers and spellers by teaching the letter and sound patterns of the English language. Students learn to associate alphabet letters and letter combinations with their assigned sounds. Spelling and word comprehension are emphasized throughout the curriculum.
