My experience was very unprofessional. I was referred by a colleague to Christopher Skrelja. I submitted my rental application, along with my personal documents on 11/24/2021. I didn't receive a response from him until 12/7/2021 in which he did explain to me that he was out of the office for personal reasons. Understandable. He said he was going to submit my application along with documents to their leasing department and was going to get back to me. The next day, he reached out to let me know that some of my personal documents were not opening in his computer. So I did resend him the documents, in which he assure me that my documents are opening perfectly now. Today, 1/7/2022 I have yet to hear from Mr. Skrelja. I followed up with him via email on 12/14/2021 and 12/23/2021 for a status update on my application and haven't received any email response. Is like I'm being completely ignored. If I don't qualify for a rental or if there is no apartment available, then I simple email would be great but to be ignored? Unprofessional. But what worry me is my personal documents (social security/bank statement/bank account numbers/home address) because I don't know what was done with these documents. Mr. Skrelja never gave me a chance to have a full conversation with him and it's very alarming to me because I don't know the guy yet I submitted these documents to him trusting I would get good and professional service on his behalf. So no, I don't recommend this realty management to anyone.
