I just returned from shopping at Viking Vapor. I have been a customer since they opened in New Braunfels and have always liked the store. However when I went in today, the employees were not wearing masks nor did they put one on or offer to put one on when I entered the store. I asked about it and was told that masks are not required and that it was up to the owner if masks were worn. Apparently the owner of Viking Vapor is unconcerned that the hospitals in Comal County are at capacity and the virus is killing thousands of people a day. Perhaps the owner feels the virus is a hoax and does not feel any responsibility as a business owner in New Braunfels to protect their customers and help curb the virus. Whatever the reason, I will not be returning to this store and wanted to put others on notice of their relatively new policy.
