Then a few wks later I discovered the duck work is leaking water into the house not a huge surprise after seeing what a unprofessional job the duct work look like and you could feel air being pushed out in various places. The real crowning blow was when he declared himself finished and wanted the balance . While the thermostats were not hooked up and garbage was lying around everywhere. I asked him to finish the job and I would pay him. At that point he just started screaming at me with everything he had in him. I tried to remain calm and just asked him if he would finish . He kept screaming things that made no sense eventually I became scared and unsure and defeated and just decided to pay him to get him out of my house. I wasn’t sure what to do. In my 25 yrs experience of being a property owner in brooklyn I have never had such a bad experience and months later are still in a state of shock.
