Positive Wood Flooring LLC. does not stand by his/their work. They did an install. Couple months later it was buckling in multiple places. He came out to fix it. Told my mother-in-law that she needed to get a couple more boxes of material and he would be back. He has now ghosted us since. He is non responsive now. It has been months of attempts to get ahold of him with no response. We are now talking with an attorney on what our options are.
