Our Team We are a compassionate team of licensed physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, counselors, and recovery coaches who offer individualized treatment plans, comprehensive case management, and a range of didactic, therapeutic, and experiential activities to promote active engagement, practice, commitment, and community. Our Care Our continuum of care spans the entire recovery process from acute detox to residential care to extended outpatient supports including telehealth. We utilize the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria and guidance to determine the best placement for each individual, and to offer the most effective care and treatment.
