Palmer Farms Meats started in 2011 when we began selling grass-finished beef from our farm in Kirksey, KY. Since then, we have served our community by setting up at local farmers markets and selling our beef from our family farm. In January 2022 we purchased a meat processing plant built by the Gregory Family that has been serving Western Kentucky since 1965. Since taking over at the beginning of this year, we have also expanded our products. We not only offer our grass-fed beef cuts such as steaks, roasts, ground beef, all beef hotdogs, snack stix, and summer sausage, but we now also have delicious whole hog country sausage (hot or mild!) as well as bacon, Italian pork sausage, brats in various flavors and more. We also offer custom USDA meat processing including beef, hogs, lamb, and goats. And we are excited to announce that we have also started smoking bacon for our custom pork clients.
