BEWARE OF SCAMMER!!! PROTECT YOUR IDENTITY!!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Nicolas Gutierrez is a professional scammer, please do not be fooled by his charm. Back in 2020 I was looking for my first apartment at 20 years old. I had the unfortunate experience of trusting Nick to be my broker and giving him my social, and personal identification when applying for the apartment. There were definitely red flags I wish I noticed sooner. Keep in mind I was looking for a one bedroom, and he kept showing me rooms he claimed to be the owner of and I refused because I did not want to rent a room. Fast forward to March 2023, Nick admitted to using my personal information to fraudulently lease a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment under my name in Queens. Which he converted into a 3 bedroom apartment. Yes you guessed it to illegally rent bedrooms on Airbnb and Roomi. It wasn't until he needed me to be my real self because the apartment management were having questions that he decided to come clean and offer me 1000$ to save himself. Also, he went as far as putting the internet of that apartment under my name, and forging my signature with accomplices since the signature was "notarized". Please protect yourself so you do not get scammed like I did. Nick's license should be suspended as revoked.
