This service is totally aweful! Mr. Ward has done my taxes since my Lawyer passed away serveral years ago. Mr. Ward was supposed to request for an extension where in an email he acknowledged, but the IRS charged me over $1,000 because it was not done. I have emailed and left detailed messages asking for his assitance to show proof, but no response. Very apparent he does not stand behind his work. I emailed asking for him to contact before I go to the internet with my experience, STILL NO RESPONSE!! "Caveat Emptor", buyer be ware!
