Through baking, creating great breads and pastries,we connect with our community by feeding our family, friends and neighbors. Our breads are made with sourdough cultures created over a decade ago. We start with the best ingredients and use traditional methods to create consistently high quality handcrafted breads and pastries. Our dough is mixed by hand, the bread is hand shaped and baked in a wood fired brick oven. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our products, to the service and value we provide every day.
