This organization has poor management skills. The reason being is that they allow their employees to leave the doors of their clients homes open, and allow their beloved pets to run out. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention, the employee in question, named Jerry responded to the client when approached about the door being open for a prolonged period of time as being "it's a nice day out." It is not a nice day, Jerry when a innocent cat goes missing.
